Bank Manager gives you the ability to work with bank statements that you download via the Internet. Bank Manager compiles the cashbook electronically by using the bank statements of all the major banks in South Africa as the base. Note that this module is available in South Africa only.

Annuity Billing

Sage Evolution Annuity Billing integrates with both Receivables and Inventory and provides for repetitive or recurring invoices on a daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis. This saves users a lot of time from having to capture and recapture recurring transactions.

Pricing Matrix

When you sell items to customers, you can have multiple standard selling prices. When you create a customer or supplier, you can assign an automatic discount to each customer and supplier, which applies a default discount on each line. Pricing Matrix offers much flexibility when there is a need for multiple pricing.

CRM Standard

Contact Management lets you manage interaction between you, your customers, your potential customers, even your fellow company members. Contact Management has many powerful features and capabilities.

Credit Risk Management

Onboard customers by vetting them and ensure that all company processes are followed during the onboarding process. Once approved, these become part of the customer master file.

Office Integration

Sage Evolution integrates with MS Office. It is compatible with Outlook and seamlessly enables outbound communication.
